Inspire is The Simons Brothers give back program. Over the course of 2 months they visited and performed for primary schools around Bermuda to promote music and musicianship to the students. The point of inspire is to show young people the benefits of music. the brothers talk about their experiences as well as present a short video of how they started and where they are now, then perform some original songs for the kids as well as crowd favorites.
The "Inspire Tour" is a primary school tour put on by The Simons Brothers Band. The purpose of the tour is to inspire the students to take up a musical instrument and show them the possibilities and opportunities music can have for them. The tour runs for 2 months April and May, and goes to 9 primary schools around the island. The tour includes performances and speeches by The Simons Brothers Band, and a presentation video that shows their progression from when they started their musical journey in 2011 all the way until now. Flyers are handed out after the show and those flyers consist of resources for the students to start their musical journeys, and a list of contributors who helped make it all happen. The Inspire Tour is also looking for sponsors and partnerships with businesses who can help with the cost of the tour. If you are interested or know someone who is, feel free to contact us using the information at the bottom of the page.
